CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
The stone built villas are built to high specifications on two floors with a total of 95 m2 each. Having combined Cretan architecture and modern facilities, housing excellence has been achieved.

As you enter the entrance door through the beautiful garden the sitting room is awaiting. A cozy fireplace warms up the living area while the floor is tile paved, as in all rooms. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all modern facilities such as wooden cupboards, electric oven, washing machine, dish washer, refrigerator and also furnished with a wooden dining table with 6 chairs.
The ground floor also features a small storage room, bedroom and bathroom.
On the second floor there is a second bedroom, a bathroom and a large terrace.
